1. Acceptance
By using this website and client portal, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Property Listings
All property listings are subject to availability. Prices may change without notice. A signed sale agreement is required to reserve a plot.
3. Payments
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Title transfer occurs only upon full payment of the agreed purchase price.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nakuru County.
